I’ve Got a Test and Need Nootropics to Help

If you’re like millions of other students who are going through exams at some point during the year, you probably enjoy using nootropics of some sort to help you improve your test scores. Some people are using nootropics like coffee and fish oil without even knowing the term (here is more information on the cognitive benefits of coffee)! Either way, if you are in search of some test boosting options, we have got the best ones for you.Exam

Here are a few of the best options for getting better grades on your test:

  • L-Theanine – if you are already taking coffee, which most people are, it is a good idea to add some L-theanine to the mix. This is going to help you to get the best results from coffee because it helps to bring out the best from caffeine and reduce the negative side effects. L-theanine is a great way to have a creative and anxiety- free experience because it will improve alpha brain waves.
  • Racetams – any test is going to have some type of memory component. Whether it is remembering facts and figures for a history class or just formulas for a math / science course, you’ll need some racetam help for the memory formation. The best place to start would be piracetam with a choline source (assuming you aren’t eating 6 – 10 eggs per day!)
  • Noopept – another great study drug is noopept, which is similar to racetams, but structurally slightly different. If you use noopept, you are going to have a lot of advantages without even taking an experimental drug.

Most people who start to get into nootropics are desperate to get good grades, which makes them go to experimental options when they don’t need to. It is often better to do something simple that is going to have a sure improvement for your test scores!

Oatmeal, Rice, and Grains

Most people who are involved in health are in some way looking at their diet to make sure they do not eat unhealthy things. One common question people have at the start of their journey is whether they should be eating certain kinds of foods. Of course, grains invariably come up because gluten is a topic of hot debate these days. In general, gluten is not the worst thing you can eat, but it makes sense to understand the food and others like it before going too crazy with the baked goods.

Gluten is a protein that is found in most wheat products and is therefore in most cookies, baked goods, breads, pastas, and just about every dish you can find in a restaurant. It is so prevalent because grains are a product of the agricultural revolution, which helped us 10 – 12,000 years ago to come out of the hunter gatherer lifestyle. In most cases, this meant eating more gluten around the world and that trend has continued to this day.

However, it is not always the healthiest for the human body. There is evidence that suggests as soon as we started eating grains, the average size of man dropped considerably. Suddenly we were shorter and smaller in stature than in the past. This is a telling sign of what gluten can do to the human body, but there is plenty of modern evidence that suggests the same. If you are trying to improve your diet, it is a good idea to look into cutting out gluten for these reasons.

Alternatives are easy to find as well. Rice and oatmeal are both gluten free, but they have a lot of carbohydrates, are definitely fillers and can help you to achieve what you desire without the negative side effects of gluten.
